Being an amateur Road and Cyclocross cyclist, I know that when doing one single sport means using the same parts of your body over and over again and weakening the antagonist muscles. Whether you are a runner, cyclist or do any other endurance sport, I believe I can help you balance your body. Having a 9-to-5 computer related job also shows me how difficult it is for the average person to maintain a good posture in everyday life.
