I teach Yoga classes and accept private/group bookings after a short discussion about what your needs and expectations are. Unfortunately, I do not own a studio, therefore we can either meet online or you would need to provide the physical location.

Relaxing, holding one Asana for a few minutes.

- Focus on body part(s) of your choice
- Understand what Pranayama (breathing exercises) is and how to combine it with Asana practice
